1. Beta nature
Asiara is a changing beta service with incomplete K-pop and music coverage. Features, content, dates, supported devices, platform availability, capacity, and access may change or be removed. No uptime, uninterrupted-service, permanent-feature, permanent-access, or launch-date promise is made.
Public News, Fan Watch, and Calendar publishing remains human-authorized. That safety boundary does not guarantee error-free content.
2. Eligibility and region
The intended controlled-beta rule is age 15 or older and located in the United States. Additional legal, provider, age-assurance, and consent review is required before invitations open. A person must control the email used for OTP sign-in and provide accurate eligibility information.
3. Free and controlled access
- Beta access is free, limited, revocable, and not transferable.
- Invite codes may not be posted, sold, traded, scraped, guessed, automated, or shared outside their intended use.
- A code may be restricted to an intended email or bind to the first eligible account that redeems it, according to the approved app flow.
- Beta access is controlled by Asiara's account grant, not Discord membership, a Discord role, Ko-fi support, or a payment.
- Participation is voluntary and does not guarantee future access, features, rewards, or a production release.
4. Account and device responsibility
For normal beta use, keep one active Asiara account on each app installation or device. Sign out fully before an approved account change when possible. Device transfer or reset requests use the private Support route and may require account-ownership verification.
Protect access to your email, OTPs, app session, device, and invite code. Report a suspected compromise promptly and sign out from a shared or lost device where possible. Never send an OTP or token to someone claiming to be Asiara Support.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Harass, impersonate, defraud, threaten, spam, or abuse staff, testers, artists, or other people.
- Scrape Asiara, bulk-harvest data, automate invite attempts, evade rate limits, or disrupt the service.
- Probe, exploit, or interfere with authentication, beta access, role permissions, notifications, security controls, providers, or another person's account.
- Submit fabricated evidence, malicious content, unsafe attachments, leaked material, credentials, or another person's private information.
- Share private admin screens, logs, unpublished content, codes, or security information.
Security researchers must use the private Security Reporting route and stop before accessing or changing another person's data.
6. Content, dates, and external sources
Asiara summarizes and organizes source-linked information but does not operate external source sites. Artists, labels, organizers, platforms, and source owners control their own content, availability, privacy, and terms. A link does not imply sponsorship, ownership, or endorsement beyond the stated source relationship.
Dates, schedules, memberships, releases, summaries, relationships, and other details may change. Labels and source links help people inspect context, but no completeness or perfect-accuracy guarantee is made. A correction report receives human review and does not guarantee a specific result.
7. Calendar and linked content
Calendar items and News links are reviewed and connected intentionally, but event details can change at the source. Users should confirm time-sensitive plans with the responsible official source. Fan Watch drafts do not create Calendar links automatically.
8. Intellectual property
Asiara retains rights in its original app, brand, organization, design, and original copy, subject to final legal wording. Source owners retain their articles, images, media, names, marks, and other material. Asiara does not grant users a right to copy third-party articles, artist media, or protected assets.
A private rights-holder or takedown process still requires qualified legal review before launch. Contact corrections@asiara.app for a current private content concern.
9. Feedback and submissions
Feedback may inform product development, but submitting an idea does not grant ownership in Asiara, equity, product authority, a guaranteed feature, payment, attribution, or a timeline. A person remains responsible for having the right to submit any material or evidence they provide.
10. Ko-fi and future support
Ko-fi is not part of the initial controlled beta. Any future contribution is optional and does not purchase beta access, ownership, equity, editorial influence, guaranteed features, priority, timelines, or permanent rewards.
11. Service changes, suspension, and removal
Asiara may pause invitations, publishing, notifications, account or admin changes, or the entire beta for maintenance, safety, capacity, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Access may be revoked or an account may be blocked for suspected abuse or security concerns under the final reviewed terms.
The final policy must decide notice, appeal, evidence retention, and when immediate containment takes priority. A Discord removal and an Asiara app-access revocation are separate actions.
12. Legal terms still pending
Warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, governing law, jurisdiction, consumer-rights exceptions, and legally required operator details need qualified drafting for the individual-founder and United States controlled-beta context. No copied boilerplate has been inserted into this draft.
